Whenever you buy an expensive used vehicle, anxiety and concerns run high. This is particularly the case when you trust and buy a vehicle from out-of-State, 600 miles away. Nick and the "Lot Two Crew" made my purchase seamless and did everything possible to prep my EV before I arrived. (including a full battery charge to get me on my way.) Kudos to Nick who stayed late, bending over backwards using my limited hours in Conway to complete the sale. The key to a flawless purchase is always clear and open communications between buyer and seller. Thanks Nick & Crew!

Outstanding service!!! Clear communication, no surprise fees. Everything was straight forward and simple, did everything over the phone, was in and out when we flew in. By far one of the BEST car buying experiences Ive had. Nicolas Lopes was our salesman, great guy! Would definitely would buy a car from again! Great job Conway Ford!!! 5 star service!!!!

Nick was great! Took the extra time to send videos of vehicle that were not posted online. This was done prior to my 2 hr drive to see the vehicle in person. No pressure at all! Great experience!
